Job Duties: 

Reporting to: Sales Manager of 10Life Financial (licensed insurance brokerage)

• Provide customer centric insurance advisory services to prospects & leads
• Achieve assigned performance targets and KPIs
• Ensure up-to-date sales tracking information reported on company platform 
• Assist in development of internal sales tools & tactics
• On-going client relationship management  
• Provide market insights and consumer feedback to marketing team
• Ensure compliance to respective governance requirements
  
  

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (agency, broker and/or bank)
• Passing of IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 a must; Paper 4 and 5 are optional at joining
• Good presentation & interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin preferred
• Degree/ diploma related to business and finance a plus
