Position Summary

Work with Hong Kong local sales team, to establish an omnichannel and hierarchical retail base to enhance brand exposure and boost sales.
Responsible to develop and manage retail sales target and strategy to drive sales, profit, and control operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead, develop and support the sales and operations of all retail channels including but not limited to Mi-Home, franchisee, mobile network service providers, and KAs, to meet and/or exceed regional sales target, with a strong focus on client development.
• Work with headquarter and align with the group strategy to drive sales and objectives and KPIs set by the management. As a communicator between headquarter & local team, to deliver the rules & regulations.
• Manage retail P&L and ROI.
• Oversee the Visual Merchandising, Promoter & Training team. 
• Explore opportunities to elevate the brand presence in the market.
• Review the operational process regularly to improve the operational result and customer experience.
• Monitor and evaluate retail team performances by sales, operating cost, inventory, market trends, and other essential KPIs.

• Bachelor degree holder or above in any discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience in retail business management, of which 2 years in managerial level.
• Aggressive to lead the business and drive sales.
• Possess high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to improve Xiaomi HK’s control environment via effective business partnering.
• Critical thinking with strong team playing mindset.
• Independent with analytical mind and strong risk control sense.
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
