- Respond to air ad hoc rate inquiries from overseas and local offices
- Prepare the monthly statistic reports and monitor the hit ratio for all the business quotations
- Ensure development and maintenance of rate system which is the tool for standard tariff on global level
- Handle air local biddings within deadlines
- Work closely with Global Tender team to deal with Global RFQs with reference to customer’s requirement, volume portfolio and price model
- Work collaboratively with Sales team and Air Gateway team to develop the optional solutions to win business
- Support other ah-hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements
- University degree (Logistics and Business Administration, or related)
- 1-2 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics/Freight Management with pricing exposure as an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Responsible, analytical, high sense of urgency
- Strong problem solving, ability to work independently and under pressure
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
