Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate leasing strategy and handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC
- Liaise with international brands and local estate agents
- Conduct marketing research
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
- With at least 6 years’ solid experience in handling retail property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management issues independently
- Experience in PRC retail leasing an advantage
- Of good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Putonghua and English
- Basically stationed in HK but travel to various PRC cities when necessary
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
