Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer services to corporate clients via phone calls or email
- Handle functional enquiry and technical enquiry of financial systems
- Document all findings, enquiries and follow up actions
Requirements
- High diploma or above
- At least two years of working experience in customer service
- Candidate with experience in B2B Customer service experience is preferable
- Able to work under pressure with good sense of customer service mindset
- Customer oriented attitude with ability to communicate effectively English, Chinese and Mandarin
