Job Description

Job Purpose:

Deliver high quality sales management reports to support business units for effective decision making and business planning.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare sales management reports and analysis to business unit to facilitate sales monitoring and decision making.
Formulate incentive results to reward sales performance and handle sales compensation enquiries.
Review MIS workflow and automate process for enhancing team effectiveness and work improvement.
Liaise with business units to address MIS requirements and deliver solution to facilitate business planning and monitoring.
Negotiate with peers of IT department to develop MIS services to maximize data service reliability.

Incumbent Requirements:

University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in banking industry or sales management report experience
Solid experience in MS Excel and VBA
Detail-minded with good analytical skills
