Duties:

• To handling daily coordination and inquiries with clients regarding financial reports, e.g., typesetting, translation, design, and printing.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of documents to customers.
• Provide professional services to customers and manage client requests and expectations.
• Handle ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Secondary education level
• Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service or financial printing or relevant working experience.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Willing to work overtime (with pay)
• Required to work shift duties / overnight shift (with allowance)
• Proficiency in PC operation and MS Office
• Good attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work as a team player
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior position
• Immediate availability is preferred
