職責:

負責協助部門日常工作，如辦理病人入院及出院手續、處理病人登記預約及收費事務；處理及解答客戶日常電話查詢等

要求:

DSE畢業或以上程度
2-3年或以上相關工作經驗
具客戶服務工作經驗/曾在醫療機構工作優先
有處理保險文件經驗者更佳
能操流利廣東話及適度英語，普通話
良好顧客服務態度及溝通技巧
須輪班工作
