Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the leasing matters for prestigious office premises in PRC
- Formulate and implement the leasing strategy
- Manage the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies
- Liaise with local estate agents
- Prepare leasing documents and compile reports
- Conduct research and feasibility study
- Basically station in HK but travelling to various PRC cities is necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' experience in property leasing
- Fluent Putonghua, proficient written Chinese, excellent English
- Good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in office leasing in PRC is a definite advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
