Job Description

While passion for protecting the environment is a key requirement for getting a job with Greenpeace, we require an enthusiastic and result-oriented person to fill in the position of Assistant Supporter Services Officer.
About the Job:
As one of the core member of our Supporter Retention and Development team, located within the Fundraising and Engagement Department. The Assistant Supporter Services Officer will be responsible for providing supporter service duties - primarily handling incoming and outbound phone and email enquiries from Greenpeace supporters in a professional and courteous conduct.
This position will be primarily responsible for retaining and re-inspiring our supporters who want to cancel their existing donations through the telephone. He/she will work closely with the Senior Supporter Services & Retention Officer, and the team to maintain or exceed the required ‘supporter retain’ targets, and to develop related phone scripts, tracking and reporting for supporter retention. Take responsibility to support donor and supporters’ communication and organize events for donors.
Greenpeace survives solely on donations from individuals. We never accept money from governments or corporations. This role plays a vital part in enabling Greenpeace to strengthen our relationship with supporters and ensure maximum funds can be raised to support our environmental campaigns.
In addition, he/she is required to provide administrative duties and data entry support to maintain smooth communications and payment transactions accordingly and to support donor event logistics when required.
Requirements:
A high energy, team player, self-motivated, enjoy people, deep commitment to offer excellent supporter services.
Result-oriented, and determined to achieve the given targets.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work simultaneously with multiple tasks, teams and deadlines
At least 1-year hospitality, customer service, sales and/or call centre experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are required.
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
