Job requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering disciplines;
• Experiences in EMI Shielding Materials and Thermal Management Materials are definitely an advantage;
• Experience with development of Elastomer absorber materials, Foam absorber materials and Noise suppressor material;
• Familiar with the testing equipment to characterize the magnetic property and Permeability of absorber;
• Understand the EMI theory including the concept of absorption rate, shielding effectiveness;
• Experience in assembly process R&D and project coordination is highly preferred;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking.

Job duties:

• Assist in new product development and raw materials sourcing,
• Management of assigned product development projects, covering activities from design review to pilot production run.
• Review/modify designs
• Schedule and control all pre-production activities
• Participate in production trouble-shooting
