Job Description
A well established multinational environmental solutions company and a global market leader in the industry is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team.
The Position
● Responsible for the Talent Management & Employer Branding activities across all Projects of Hong Kong to ensure employer branding strategies are in place.
● Design, develop and deliver targeted campaigns to attract talent to key roles to build a robust talent pipeline at all levels across the operating units.
● Work with HRBP to design and rollout an annual calendar of external talent acquisition events and campaigns, including job fairs and social media campaigns as well as design of a high impact candidate experience with a focus on a best-in-class execution at every touch point.
● Lead and implement the D&I strategy and ensure its policies, procedure and programmes are in place across all Projects of Hong Kong to create an inclusive working environment.
● Lead the execution of Performance Management including but not limited to provide training on Goal-Setting and Performance Management in order to continuously enhance performance management processes and talent management system to drive high performance culture.
● Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
● Bachelor’s degree or above;
● A minimum of 10 years of solid experience in Talent Management & Employer Branding preferably with work experience in MNC and matrix work environment;
● Solid experience developing talent attraction strategies in related to the industry, utilizing social media and LinkedIn advantageous;
● Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills required;
● High drive with excellent time management and organizational skills;
● Result-oriented with can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset with flexibility for challenges and working in a fast-paced environment;
● Proficiency in Google Applications, MS Office Excel and HR Analytics;
● Knowledge using SAP Success Factor;
● Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese.
