The Job

• Part of a global technical team
• Create and update protocols and test specifications for global retailers
• Define regulatory and performance test requirements for a wide range of hardline products
• Communicate with customer service teams and clients to discuss protocol-related technical issues
• Frequent interaction with test labs around the world 

The Person

• Degree or above in Science / Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 - 3 years proven experience in technical or QA-related roles, ideally in laboratory, sourcing or manufacturing industry; Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Attention to details
• Good in MS Office Word and Excel
• Proficient in written English
• Good in verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
