Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies and execute approved SOPs strictly
• Assistant in maintaining the documentation system in compliance with GMP environment, such as preparation of SOP, test report, validation protocol and report
• Ensure the sampling and testing procedures are carried out properly and safely
• Participate in test method development
• Monitor the process and participate in testing, equipment calibration and maintenance
• Prepare SOPs related to QC Department and assigned area, and ensure that SOPs prepared / reviewed  are in compliance with applicable GMP or specified requirements
• Monitor and review the stability studies of finished products
• Review test results from QC department and contract test laboratory
• Execute/Monitor and review of QC purchase activities
• Monitor and review testing of production process and equipment validation
• Report any conditions related to plant, equipment or personnel that are considered may affect the quality of products and testing results to the QC Manager
• Report any change of own health conditions to the QC Manager and QA Department
• Participate in OOS and divergence investigations and follow up if necessary
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in life science, chemistry or pharmaceutical related disciplines or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing in one or more pharmaceutical manufacturers or QC laboratory.
• Familiar with GMP environment is highly preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior QC Officer
• Immediate availability is preferred
