Responsibilities:

The EHS Senior Supervisor reports to the QSSHE Manager and is responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Conduct EHS audits to ensure operational compliance with a risk-based approach and advise the operation team on all EHS relevant matters
• Assist in coaching, mentoring and implementation of the EHS programs
• Conduct EHS training; regularly review and update all applicable legislation and standards; coordinate committee meeting
• Promote employee engagement and initiate staff recognition programs 
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and risk assessment; suggest corrective actions where necessary
• Involved in audits such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. etc.
  
• Responsible for integration on ISO and EHS systems

Qualification:

• Diploma or above level in Environmental, Occupational Safety and health or related discipline
• 2 years or above relevant experience, with experience in logistics industry is an added advantage
• Knowledge of EHS standards and ISO documentations is preferable
• Proficiency in MS office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-orientated, excellent organizing and communication skill
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor - EHS
