Job Description

職責:

  •  大量資料輸入 
  •  處理內部電郵
  •  其他文書工作，包括核對資料、文件存檔、文件傳真等
  •  處理其他上司指派之工作

入職要求:

  •  具中五或文憑學歷，有文職相關工作經驗
  •  懂電腦基本運用如 MS Word/ Excel
  •  能即時上班者優先考慮
  •  星期一至五(五天工作)
  •  中班: 1400-2200 (另有中班津貼)
  • 一年合約 (完成合約可獲約滿酬金)

Responsibilities:

  • Massive data entry
  • Handle internal email communications
  • Scan testing reports & sent out by email
  • Other clerical work such as proof-reading, docs filing, facsimile, etc.
  • Work closely with other internal departments / functional units
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or equivalent with relevant clerical working experience
  • Knowledge on MS Officer(Word and Excel)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • 5-days work (Mon-Fri)
  • Mid shift: 1400-2200 (with Mid shift allowance)
  • 1-year contract (with contract end bonus)
