Responsibilities:

• 製訂並完成公司業務發展計劃及銷售目標；
• 建立業務拓展團隊, 完善業務發展制度,明確崗位職權和業務流程；
• 規劃全球及重點區域國家及地區業務佈局；
• 拓展並加強同各國駐香港使領館溝通，保持與重點業務拓展國家政府及用戶良好關係；
• 研究分析重點國家航天領域發展規劃，及時獲取航天項目需求；
• 持續關注重點國家航天發展規劃、扶持補貼政策，以及材料、技術、產品、市場等情況;
• 打造公司商業航天國際化品牌形象。
• Responsible for developing the business development plan and sales targets for the company;
• Responsible for establishing a business development system, clarifying responsibilities, and improving business processes within the team;
• Responsible for establishing the business layout for global markets and key regional markets;
• Responsible for maintaining good relations with business development countries and government embassies, and expanding and strengthening communication with them;
• Responsible for analyzing national plans for aerospace development and acquiring aerospace planning requirements in a timely manner;
• Responsible for monitoring key plans, policies, and product, market, and technology developments in the aerospace industry.；
• Assist in developing the company's international brand image for its commercial aerospace division.

Requirements:

• 碩士研究生以上市場營銷、公共關係相關專業等及5年以上業務發展工作經驗;
• 流利粵語、普通話、英語，和良好的中英文寫作；
• 責任心、能承受工作壓力，團隊協作能力佳；
• 較強的溝通和談判能力；
• 組織良好，注重細節，具有良好的商業意識；
• 有嚴密的邏輯思維能力、全面的分析判斷能力，較強的統籌協調能力，書面及口頭表達能力優秀;
• 能獨立工作，有上進心，樂於學習。
• Master Degree in　Marketing, Public Relations and other related major, with at least 5 years Business Development Experience;
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing in Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must;
• Responsible, able to work under pressure, good team player;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Well-organized, attention to detail, with good business acumen;
• Strong logical thinking and comprehensive analytic judgment skills, good at overall planning and coordination, excellent presentation skills both in writing and oral;
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn.
