Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research global retail trends and new product development
- Steer R & D activities to fulfill and address market needs and transfer the developments for new products and improvement of existing products
- Manage R & D projects effectively, conduct progress review based on program milestone to meet management expectations
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient process from concept to production
- Support production on product technical and testing issues
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on product development, experience in tissue products will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will take up challenges and work under pressure
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
