Job Description:

• Design and execute strategies for Group / Property Management department sustainability projects
• Work with internal and external parties to prepare departmental sustainability report independently
• Execute, promote, monitor and evaluate departmental sustainability projects
• Support teams in implementing sustainability projects through data collection & analysis to meet departmental objectives and goals
• Incorporate global sustainability trend / Group target into departmental sustainability strategies
• Conduct quantitative & qualitative analysis for compiling and consolidating reports
• Support Senior Manager to establish and implement plans to in line with company and departmental objectives

 
Requirements:

• Degree holder in Environmental Science, Engineering or any qualifications demonstrating the understanding of sustainability
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience with sustainability compliance work for sizeable companies
• Experience in property management industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of carbon accounting / verification and energy efficiency assessments and familiarity with prevailing international sustainability standards an added advantage
• Capable for carrying out both quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Proficiency in computer applications including data analysis tools and familiar with MS Office and Chinese Processing
• Good planning, organization and project management skills
• Strong research, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Support Senior Manager to establish and implement plans to in line with company and departmental objectives
