Responsibilities

• Work in a HOKLAS accredited microbiology laboratory to perform microbiological tests for Environmental, Food and other samples such as Chinese Medicine, Cosmetics, etc
• Conduct on-site sampling and testing such as swab tests and airborne bacteria
• Evaluate the disinfection efficiency of submitted products
• Perform QC tests, equipment calibration, stock maintenance of testing material according to HOKLAS requirements
• Maintain the quality system of microbiology laboratory
• Perform other laboratory duties such as sample registration, SOP preparation, document control, etc.

• Higher Diploma or above in Science disciplines with microbiology courses
• Hand-on experience in microbial testing of water and food samples is preferred
• Good analytical, communication and organization skills
• Responsible, initiative, and good team player
• Good in Cantonese and English
