Job Responsibilities:

1. First level support of SAP related inquiries in daily operation  
2. Assist the manager to implement new functions in SAP and drive user acceptance test; Ensure documentation of processes and functional specifications are written as per standard
3. Provide supports on data maintenance, data analysis and reporting during RFQ and project implementation phase 
4. Support the manager to drive business process improvement initiatives
5. Perform other ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Information Technology
2. At least 2 years work experience preferably in Supply Chain Operation  
3. Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
4. Familiar with MS Office
5. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
