Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operation, including business negotiation, quotation, and risk management etc.
• Manage the internal team and set internal KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and achieve target.
• Conduct business analysis of internal performance and market information.
• Liaise with forwarders and vendors for the provision of smooth processing and logistic flow.
• Report to General Manager on a regular basis and contribute to corporate decisions.
• Develop consolidation for respective trade link.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• At least 3 years solid experience in position of Consol Supervisor
• Organized, responsible and good time management skill
• Able to work independently and is a quick learner
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded, able to work under pressure
• Familiar with Indo-China or South East Asia is an essential
• Familiar with MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good team player and positive personality
• Immediate available preferred.
