Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the performance of logistics, warehouse and customer service teams;
• Formulate and review operation procedures for warehouse and logistics management;
• Responsible for overall effective logistics and warehouse operations and logistics flows;
• Manage and handle daily operations, delivery arrangements and supports customer service to ensure service quality;
• Enhance the efficiency, cost control and resource optimization;
• Liaise with internal parties and business partners;
• Prepare regular reports;
• Handle complaints;
• Any other duties as assigned;

 Requirements: 

• High Diploma or above in logistics management or related discipline;
• 8 years working experience in local logistics management, with at least 5 years in managerial role, preferably in local logistics industry;
• Good understanding, knowledge and experience in local logistics and warehousing processes;
• Experienced in WMS systems will be advantaged;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Independent, customer-oriented, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Immediate is highly preferred;
