Responsibilities

• Order processing
• Liaise with factories and forwarders for shipping arrangement
• Handle enquiries and requests from internal and external customers

Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline. Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Possess relevant customer service or forwarding experience is preferred
• Solid knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
• Strong in Excel reporting
• Self-motivated with sense of responsibility and good in interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above) 
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
