Our client is an interior design and contracting company with its own furniture manufacturing in PRC, and the majority of display and furniture, luxury goods from high-end fashion brands with retail stores.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics, transportation, and customer services to Hong Kong and overseas Market,
• Handle full set of I/E & L/C documents and other shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and customers for shipment and delivery arrangement
• Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries and to provide information to customers about the status of their orders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Proactive and able to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Good communicator with strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin.

5 days work at Quarry Bay, (near MTR Exit C)
