Responsibilities:

• Procurement of indirect materials and services to support the operation of Food Manufacturing Department
• Source new suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate the best price and terms
• Prepare ordering document and update purchasing record
• Review contract terms & conditions
• Goods receiving
• Prepare inventory and payment report
• Update stock/ machine/ supplier record
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned upon request

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Purchasing/ Business or related field
• 3 years of working experience on indirect materials purchasing, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Responsible, well-organized, able to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with HVAC, food processing and packing machine, machine components
• Able to handle import and export shipping documents
• Experience on MP2 is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sourcing/ Procurement Officer

**Work Location: Tai Po Industrial Estate(Free Shuttle Bus)
