Due to recent growth the opportunity is available for someone who is looking for accounting and supply chain work to join our dynamic team. NTML Group is looking to bring in house the accounting function. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently included handle Job costing, prepare Management Account, Co-ordinate in annual audit
• Responsible for daily accounting duties, book-keeping and data entry, invoice, receipts and payment processing
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
• Complete transition to the Xero system of current accounting documents
• MPF and Insurance admin management
• Company registration admin management 
• Tax filing
• Customer statment managment 
• Shipping documents and managment
• Innvoicing and Purchasing 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above with LCC Higher or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience
• Mature, able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
• Positive working attitude with ability to identify and solve problems
• Attention to details, well organize with strong sense of responsibilities
• Hardworking, team player and willing to learn
• Immediately available is preferred
