The Process Lead is an exciting new role which will be part of the Transform OPS International team critical for ensuring the overall success of these endeavours. The candidate will be responsible for both the adoption and ongoing best practice use of applications and technical solutions by operational teams, as well as assisting in developing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence.

The role will include a strong focus on training and upskilling operational staff, for both new and existing system functionality and processes. Process Lead will be responsible for post-project execution benefits realization, including tracking agreed key performance indicators, troubleshooting and any additional documentation that may be required.

Operations and Process Standardization Program

• Responsible for ensuring all standards are consistent regionally, where necessary aligning with cross functional local and global colleagues avoid quality gaps in service
• Document and advise on company standard procedures where relevant
• Responsible for the operationalization, execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of various company data quality standards, new automation features, productivity, including documentation and guidance
• Responsible for maintaining best-in-class process practices to achieve first time right to support all applicable initiatives including KPI performance
• Branch Super User Coaching facilitation in working with Corporate and local technical system leads
• Assist in the development and monitoring of audit systems required for ensuring minimum quality standards are met through the branches in region.

Application and Process Change Management

• The primary contact for the business on applications and process support
• With support from the Corporate Technical Delivery team, lead project deployment efforts for new or updated features / applications / processes
• Assist with scripting test documentation in working with Corporate Technical Delivery team
• Support leadership in change management activities
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks for a given change or deployment
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization, and where appropriate work with the Corporate Technical Delivery team to realize enhancements rapidly and effectively
• Document changes to processes and procedures as they arise and ensure change logs are maintained
• Assist in the development and monitoring of audit systems required for ensuring project deployments are successful, or identifying problems before they become endemic
• Comply with the Global and Regional Quality and Governance framework for project management, deployment, and closure

• Bachelor's degree. Major course study in logistics, transportation, international or business administration preferred
• 1 to 2 years of combined operations and project management experience in freight forwarding covering Ocean freight, Air freight and Logistics.
• Experience working with CargoWise One, preferably as a CargoWise Certified Specialist
• Knowledge in and exposure to Integrated supply chain management and technology driven solutions

• Ability to work independent of management supervision and resourceful
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good project management and planning skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances in delivering on-time results
• Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with people at all organizational levels within and outside of the Company
• Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Additional relevant language/ dialect would be advantageous but not mandatory
• Good PC skills in MS Office applications
• Good business acumen and technologically inclined
• Results oriented and a Team player
• Business travel in Greater China and Asia Pacific region as necessary
