Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain good business relationship with customers
- Handle and follow up customers and overseas inquiries and shipment booking
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure a smooth process
- Track and trace shipment status
- To support any ad hoc assignments
- F.6 or above, 1 year working experience in customer service or sales
- Good PC skill in usage of MS office
- Mature, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command in spoken English and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
