• Being responsible for handling full set of import operation documents including handling pre-alert;
• Organize order and inform subcontractor for cargo pick up and delivery;
• Chase POD and update internal system;
• Printing invoice and chase for payment;
• Arrange customs declaration and clearance;
• Maintain customer system with milestones and uploading document;

• F.5 or above/HKDSE;
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry;
• Experience in handling documentation is perferable;
• Candidate with Cargowise knowleage will be highly recommended;
• Good at computer skills and typing, e.g. MS Office;
• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, 5 days per week (Saturday duty may be required occassionally when needed.)
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
• Working Location, Berth 3, ATL, Kwai Chung
