Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build customers relationship through regular external meetings & communications.
- Create and update the SOP or contract with customers to ensure the operation are done timely with high quality.
- Arrange regular internal meeting with Key Account team & operation departments. Ensure the requirements from customers are implemented.
- Maintain or review the buying & selling with DSV overseas & operation department & customer timely.
- Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines
- 7 years’ work experiences in same industry with customer service function
- Background for global forwarder preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and positive attitude under high pressure
