Job Responsibilities

• Driving end-to-end supply chain operation, documentation and invoicing flow
• Ensure SOPs are updated and followed by LSP and Suppliers
• Being key interlocutor with Country Clients, LSPs and Shipping Lines
• Managing a team with 2-3 person
• Systems oriented on the whole logistics processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, react quick on ad hoc incident

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 5 to 10 years relevant working experience in such position
• Initiative, independent, well-organized, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with good command of written and spoken English
• Detail-orientated, proactive working attitude
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing skill

We offer 5 day work week, double pay, medical and competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualification. Candidates not stating their expected salary will not be considered.
