Warehouse cum Logistics Supervisor / Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Manage inbound or outbound logistics operations including warehouse activities, safety performance, ensure comply with regulatory or standard procedure, etc.
• Monitor daily warehouse operation, inventory computations, physical counts of stock.
• Conduct stock take for planning and execution on the present and future logistics and warehouse need of the Company
• Maintain quality and stable supply of stock. Monitor the quality, cost effectiveness and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
• Co-ordinate logistic arrangement with in-house departments and vendors      \
• Assist in preparation of warehouse management report
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

 Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Logistics or relevant disciplines
• 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations and logistics (Candidate with less experience will be considered for Logistics cum Warehouse Supervisor)
• Strong planning, organized and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
• Need to employment networking
• Independent, initiative, detail-minded and multi-tasking
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills
• Good command in both written & spoken English & Putonghua
