Responsibilities:

• Monitor and handle daily shipment operation
• Handle full set of I/E documents, shipping procedures and custom declaration
• Coordinate with different parties (i.e. suppliers, customers, and colleagues) for on time shipments and necessary documentations     
•  Liaise with shipping forwarders to request & compare rates
• Anticipate delays & arrange necessary timely action to ensure on time shipment.
• Prepare various reports for management use, if any.
• Assist in merchandising duties, when required.
• Sales Contract and Purchase Contract Preparation

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in logistics, shipping or related discipline
• At least 3 years solid experience in logistic & shipping in trading environment.
• Knowledge of L/C
• Merchandising experience is definitely an advantage.
• Familiar with logistic & customs requirements.
• Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office, Excel, ERP and Chinese word processing
• Proactive, independent, detail-minded and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
