Responsibilities:

• Preparation general logistics documents in timely manner;
• Handle inventory operation management;
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties regarding logistics requirement;
• Prepare delivery orders and monitor the ordering process to ensure on time delivery; and
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

• Diploma or above in related disciplines;
• 2+ years working experience in logistics or other relevant experience;
• Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in using MS Office; and
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
