• Lead and motivate a team of 20 - 35 team members to ensure their productivity levels are maximized through KPI
• Supervise team members and direct work as they execute activities related to order fulfillment, order management, inventory management, stocking, material handling, equipment usage and related needs
• Prepare work schedules and reacts quickly and effectively regarding unexpected labor needs
• Ensure the fulfillment centre environment meet the Food Safety & health & safety standard
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Regular Shift (Day Shift: 07:00-16:00, PM Shift: 13:00 – 22:00
• 5.5 days’ work week (6 days a week and 5 days a week on alternate weeks basis)

Do you have experience in Supply Chain management? 

• F.5/ F.6 standard or above
• 1-2 years of solid experience in FMCG / Logistics / Supply Chain industry
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) would be an advantage
• Teamwork oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Proactive, responsible and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
