He/she will support the Regional Operations Manager to manage a key account on the following.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the customer’s profile, needs, and expectations through global daily operation deep involvement, customer meetings, and internal sales discussions;
• Assist to develop and maintain standard operation procedure (SOP) and flowchart with the agreement of the customer, origins, and cross-functional team;
• Assist to manage and ensure global data input integrity in systems (e.g. Starlink and Cargowise);
• Prepare and collate origin/destination monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reports, verify data quality, and send reports to customer’s headquarter office with the agreed deadline;
• Assist the Headquarter Operations team as the focal point of the customer’s logistics team to handle their daily enquires and issues;
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships with the main point of contact at all locations of the customer;
• Support sales efforts in developing more businesses from customers.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent disciplines is preferable;
• 2-3 years of work experience in the consolidation/logistics/supply chain environment; with experience in using Cargowise system is an advantage;
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to learn, independent, responsible and self-motivated;
• Good command of spoken and written English. Fluent Putonghua is a MUST;
• Proficient in MS Offices particularly Excel;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Regional Operations Executive; talented fresh graduates will also be considered as Assistant Regional Operations Executive.
