Job duty

• Support the daily operation of purchasing and sourcing functions
• Responsible for purchasing activities from sourcing, price negotiation, stock management
• Liaise with suppliers on terms and conditions, pricing, ordering and delivery
• Ensure orders fulfillment meet scheduled timeline
• Monitor suppliers’ performance
• Prepare purchasing and analysis reports
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirement

• Post-secondary or above, preferably with professional diploma in purchasing & supply management
• Over 2 years proven experience in souring food/ non-food materials (in F&B/ catering service/ club house/ bakery)
• Handle shipping documents
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Detailed-minded and good problem solving skills
• Good communication, negotiation skill with positive attitudes, enthusiasm
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Office in Sheung Shui (Occasionally visit to Tai Po office is required)
• 5 day work (Shift off on Saturday may be required)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer

Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer.
