A US-based third-party logistics provider in Hong Kong is looking for a hard-working ocean operations clerk. Our company supports the wide-ranging logistics needs of customers by managing their cargo on a global basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating procedures established by management.
• Handle Export & Import Documentation (to prepare S/O, AMS, ENS, Invoicing, Pre-alert, etc.)
• Follow up and coordinate with shippers, co-loaders, shipping lines, overseas offices, and other service providers.
• Handle enquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
• Check shipping schedules and send to shippers and overseas offices.
• Verify the correctness of documents provided by shippers, carriers and other service providers.
• Input data into systems in timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare shipping documents and other operations related documents (invoices, reports) as required.
• Distribute pre-alert and required documents to appropriate parties in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned to the position.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years work experience in the field.
• DSE or above.
• Trilingual in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Able to work as a team player, self-motivated, detail oriented, and hardworking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
