Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent will be responsible to lead a team to run a smooth daily warehouse operation and work with different internal and external parties to ensure an efficient operation.

• Supervise a team of warehouse assistants to handle the daily warehouse operation and achieve KPIs
• Manage warehouse operation process from receiving to dispatch and inventory management in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Conduct manpower planning and schedule planning to maintain daily operation at optimal level
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with business customers to understand their needs and handle their enquiries
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to fulfil operation requirements
• Support Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS) and other process improvement initiatives
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Logistics / Supply Chain or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse operation, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Relevant experience in beverage or retail industry is highly preferred
• Familiar with WMS/TMS is an advantage
• A good team player with can-do attitude
• Holder of forklift license and able to work under pressure
• Good communication & leadership skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
