Responsibilities:

• Maintain and supervise the daily fleet & delivery operations
• Regular review and adjust delivery route operation
• Assure compliance with all standard operating procedures, safety practices, training requirements and documentation
• Define and monitor KPI's on transportation activities and respective actions plans to reach objectives
• Involve in different projects in relations to fleets & distribution department and assist in SAP project
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers

Requirements

• Higher diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in managing a sizable team of drivers & helpers
• Knowledge in SAP is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Good in MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
