Job Description
VSH is Hiring a Warehouse Officer
VSH, a Mars Veterinary Health company, aspires to make A Better World for Pets by advancing the veterinary profession in Hong Kong and the region. In this position, Warehouse Officer plays an essential role in realizing the company’s mission by assisting the inventory management for the VSH hospitals in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for coordinating delivery arrangement, post-delivery related tasks, daily warehouse operations and stock replenishment
- Support procurement activities, invoicing, import/export handling and inventory control management
- Assists in loading and unloading of stock and supplies and undertakes good receiving and stock-up management
- Assist in stock take, inventory control and maintain accurate inventory record of warehouse
- Assists management to prepare records of stocks
- Keep store room clean and tidy
- Supports all specialists and nurses daily stock requisition
- Handle ad hoc tasks when required
- Diploma / DSE / Form 5 Education standard
- 1-2 years relevant warehouse experience with exposure in medical industry an advantage
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel
- Immediately available is highly preferable
