• To work cross with respective departments to review current business and operational processes to identify process gaps and execute improvement plans to resolve quality issues.
• To review the compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• To support the development of standard operations procedures.
• To assist in the implementation of new processes in an effective manner, that engages employees and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager – Process and Quality Assurance

• Degree holder
• 2 years’ experience in logistics or shipping industry
• Familiar with shipping documents and procedures
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Good PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.)
