Our client is a Global Logistics Company, they are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team.

Job Descriptions:

• Follow up air shipping status and invoice across the Asia Market
• Handle customer and agents’ enquiries in order to offer logistics solutions to clients
• Work closely with overseas offices to update the cargo status and answer their enquiries
• Maintain excellent relationships with client and airline partners
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Around 1-2 years of customer service experience, experience in Logistics field is a plus
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• A team player with good communication skills
• Immediate available
