Responsibilities:

•  To lead a team of staff for global export logistics arrangement
• To work closely with 3PLs, vendors, factories, internal and external customers throughout the whole shipment process to ensure accuracy
• To propose, devise and develop initiatives to improve process efficiency and enhance KPIs achievement
• To develop staff competencies to cope with business needs / growth
• To review and validate all SOPs and Shipping Manual contents in order to fulfill the group requirements
• To lead periodic performance review for logistics service providers
• To lead ad hoc operation and compliance projects
• To monitor whole team performance by various KPIs and Performance Management
• To plan and manage the budget & manpower planning among the team

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Shipping & Transport Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sizeable logistics company, in which 2 to 3 years at managerial level
• Track record of leading project is preferable
• Experience in China logistics is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP & PC literate with strong analytical skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
