Job Description
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Customs Clearance Supervisor, you are responsible for
- Preparing shipment records (or files) for customs clearance entry to ensure the information available in the shipment record reflecting accurate data to DHL (in DHL systems, including CIA images, and Customer Database Records)
- You will also assist in general administrative duties related to customs clearance such as the printing, collation, distribution and filing/archiving of customs clearance related documentation
Requirements:
- Secondary education with full certificate in HKCEE / HKDSE, Diploma holder is preferred
- Minimum 2 years clerical/ administration work experience in the service industry, prior experience in customs clearance matters and license/permit handling within transportation, logistics or import/export industry is an advantage
- Proficient in PC skills, including hands-on application of MS office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with typing speeds of 50 wpm
- Good command of written English and Cantonese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details and customer-oriented
- Willing to work on 24-hour shift duties
