Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound call from customer related to the flight ticket booking, flight schdule and memebership information, etc.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Good communictaions needed with different partners
- No sales is required
- 3 months paid training will be provided
Requirements
- Diploma or above, Fresh Graduates will also be considered
- 1 year customer services experience preferable
- Experience in airlines / travel agencies / hotel will be advantage
- Good command of spoken Chinese and English
- 5 days work week,willing to work on shift and public holiday
- Location: Tsuen Wan
- Comprehensive training with pay
- Join-in Bonus $3,000 (Release after 3 months of probation)
- Gratuity Bonus $14,000 - $16,000
