A renowned Japan-based Exporter, manufacturer and distributor over 80 years in Japan for supplying advanced audio equipment, CCTV, intercom & security equipment worldwide. .

Duties:

• Full set of shipping documents including tradelink declaration
• Follow up sales orders and prepare reports regularly
• Liaise with warehouse, transportation company
• Handle inventory control
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of working experience
• With at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience 
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• A stable working record will be a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
