Job Overview

Manage a solid supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and fulfilment service implementation team, set up Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), handle complaints, prepare analysis reports and incident reports as well as an in-house improvement training plan for top management review.  You will execute and work out Business Development and Operations policy and function in our current organization, and to be fitted for business expansion and growth. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Cover Logistics Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Transportation, Fulfillment – Inventory and Warehousing i.e. Overall 3PL service of localised operation.

SOP development and execution planning
KPI Monitoring
Workflow standardisation 
Client services 
Client inquiry handling
Client complains handling
Client relationship building
Pick and Pack Operations
Warehousing, In/Out, Stock Taking 

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree holder or above, preferably major in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
At least 5 years of work experience is preferred
Working experience in the 3PL industry & management level is preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoints
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Reliable, responsible and self-motivated
Have good team spirit and good time management
