Our client is an MNC that is mainly focusing on clothing and accessories retailing They are now looking for a warehouse supervisor to support the admin team for daily admin duties in order to cope with their expanding business.

Responsibilities

• Report to Assistant Admin Manager
• Supervise a team of 4 to manage the office mailroom service, office maintenance and warehouse operation
• Monitor the warehouse vendor performance and ensure smooth operation
• Support company events (i.e. sample sales and large-scale quarterly buying campaign)
• Mange the workflow in the warehouse, including approving the request of outbound and inbound, generating monthly performance and inventory reports, etc.
• Be responsible for office maintenance, such as arranging the facilities and venue, when needed
• Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High Diploma or above  
• At least 8 years of admin / warehouse experience
• Candidates with experience monitoring vendor performance will be considered first
• Experience using the PowerBI system is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management skills
• Organized and detail-minded with good communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), English and Chinese word processing
